MyPhillowFriend is a philosophical journaling platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized responses based on your writings. The service allows you to keep a journal, receive responses from your AI philosopher, explore different philosophies, and estimate your philosophical tendencies from the analysis of your letters.
By creating your own letters and content, you retain all rights to your content. We only use your content to generate personalized responses and analyze your philosophical tendencies within the strict framework of the service. Your content remains private and confidential, and is never shared or displayed publicly.
If you create an account on the application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use MyPhillowFriend only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to transmit any illegal, offensive, or rights-violating content.
All content, features, and materials available on MyPhillowFriend, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of MyPhillowFriend or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All purchases made in the application are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms and conditions. We only have access to transaction data, not your payment information.
MyPhillowFriend is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
